Terms and Conditions for HivyBlue Pvt Limited

Welcome to HivyBlue Pvt Limited (“HivyBlue,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our product, Sledge (“the Product”). By accessing or using Sledge, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sledge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use Sledge, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Ensure that any information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Product, you agree to:

4. Payment and Subscription

If Sledge operates on a subscription or payment basis:

  • Payments are due as per the agreed-upon subscription or purchase terms.

  • You are responsible for ensuring timely payment to maintain access to the Product.

  • HivyBlue reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

HivyBlue retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to Sledge, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Product as per these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Product’s content without prior written consent from HivyBlue.

  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

6. Limitation of Liability

HivyBlue is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from technical issues or misuse of the Product.

  • Third-party actions or unauthorized access to your account.

Your use of the Product is at your own risk, and the Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Termination

HivyBlue reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Sledge at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Non-payment of subscription fees (if applicable).

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Product ceases immediately. Any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.

8. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and we will notify you of significant updates through the Product or via email. Continued use of Sledge after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and International. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
